Workouts can be created for you or we can train and meet with you via your smart phone, laptop, or tablet!

No time for a live workout? No Problem! We have programs designed for you to meet your goals. We design and record sessions ahead of time for you. Take us with you, and get your workouts in any time of the day!

Our trainers are very excited to begin teaching this style of exercise inspired by ballet dancers! We all know the dancer body type: lean and muscular. You don't have to be a dancer to get those types of results! With movements that will work you through full range of motion, you will lengthen your muscles as you strengthen them, giving you a lean and toned look. The low-impact style of Barre will help keep your bones and joints happy! With some influence from Pilates, the slow and controlled movements will put your muscles through the ultimate workout, without having to pick up more than 2 pounds!

Looking for a true beginner's yoga? Look no further! Start this yoga session with other yoga newbies and get off to a great start in your yoga practice. This session will feature a small class size, personalized instruction by a certified yoga instructor and tips to help you reach the level you want to be at (no matter where you are starting from). No need to feel intimidated or left behind during this class, everyone will start at the same level and learn the foundations.
